• OR you elect to turn off paper statements by enrolling for e-statements in online banking or submitting a Go Paperless Request form, whichever is applicable for you.³

• OR you have 15 debit card purchases posted to your account during that statement cycle. Pending purchase transactions, though deducted from the account balance in online and mobile banking, will not count toward the 15 purchase transactions unless they have posted to your account and are listed on your account statement.

• OR you have Merchant Services with Central Bank.

• OR you have Positive Pay with Central Bank.

• Allows unlimited withdrawals, but analysis fee of $0.16 per check and other debits is assessed if balances do not compensate for services utilized

• Multiple business checking accounts can combine investable balances and service volumes to help offset or minimize your fees – we are able to project your volume of service fees and the required balance that’s needed to offset the fees

• Monthly printed statement or eStatement provides images of your checks, in serial-number order, and deposit slips – accounts with high check volumes may elect to receive all activity on CD ROM, providing permanent storage and item-search capability -$15 per month

Earnings credit on balances is applied to cover cost of $15 monthly service fee, debit and deposited items volume and other miscellaneous services provided⁴
