The Central Connection

Get your current balances and transaction history plus deposit and loan account information or transfer funds between authorized checking, savings and money market accounts.

Once The Central Connection answers, choose the information you want and follow the steps below:

  1. You will need to select Spanish if you want this option for your account information.

  2. Then select the type of activity you want to conduct.

  3. Once you have chosen the type of account, you will be asked for your Social Security number or tax ID, followed by the # sign and your PIN (Personal Identification Number you specify).

The first time you use The Central Connection, your PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number.

First-time callers will be required/prompted to change their PINs. To help protect the security of your account, you must specify a new four-digit PIN that you will enter for future use.
