Addition of three new Advisory Board Members for the bank’s Northern Kentucky Market

Florence, KY – Central Bank Market President, Jim Uebel, has announced the addition of three new Advisory Board Members for the bank’s Northern Kentucky market.

Adam Bortz, Wayne Carlisle and Paul Verst will join the NKY Advisory Board for Central Bank.

Mr. Bortz is CEO of Towne Properties, a property development and management company. Adam joined Towne Properties full-time in June of 1991, working his way to project manager and eventually CEO.

Mr. Carlisle is President and CEO of Carlisle Enterprises in Newport, KY. Carlisle Enterprises, Inc. owns and manages real estate in four states as well investments in a portfolio of operating businesses.

Mr. Verst is President and CEO of Verst Logistics, Inc. and Zenith Logistics. He has served in his current role at Verst since 1993. Since that time, he has overseen the expansion of the company’s strategic plan and customer solutions.
