Because we know how important – and how valuable – business online banking can be to you, we want you to have a full understanding of how to best use our new system and make the most of your banking experience. Below you will find a series of video tutorials created to help better acquaint you with both. The first video in the series will help customers activate their Token Numbers for their first logins to the new system.

Mobile Token Activation

Providing you with secure and convenient access to your accounts, from wherever you happen to be, is our first priority. In this video, we’ll show you how to log in using a few easy steps. Note that if you do not already have a Token Number, you will need to download the Symantec VIP Access app through your mobile device.

Logging in is fast, easy and, of course, secure. The screenshot below provides a quick look at some of the information that will be needed for the login input fields for Commercial Online Banking.

Please follow the instructions below for your initial login to Central Bank’s new Commercial Online Banking platform:

  1. Central Bank’s new Commercial Online Banking can be found at cob.centralbank.com.

  2. Log in using your current CentralNET Business Credentials, but please note the following:

    • Company ID: your Organization ID will now be called your Company ID.

    • User ID: your user ID will now need to be entered in all lowercase letters.

    • Password: your password will remain case-sensitive, so please enter your password exactly as you would today.

  3. Read and accept the Service Agreement

  4. You will then be prompted to change your password.

    • Your new password should be 8 – 32 characters with at least one alpha character, one special character and one number.

  5. Next, you will activate your token by entering the following:

    1. Activation Code: central2021

    2. Token Number: If you do not already have the security token, please download the Symantec VIP Access app on your mobile device.

      • For physical tokens, this can be found on the back and usually begins with AVT or FT.

      • For mobile tokens, this can be found at the top of the app screen under Credential ID and usually begins with SYMC.

    3. Passcode: This will be the current Security Code displayed on your token

  6. After clicking submit, wait for a new Security Code and then enter this number into the passcode field.
